Item upgrading allows players to upgrade their weapons and gear with new affixes, increasing its stats base or providing additional benefits. To upgrade items, players must have the item in their inventory and have access to the kiln.

Usually items that have weak bases (like rings) can be upgraded to a stronger base, whereas objects with strong bases, such as eth titans aren't affected much in their stats after being upgraded.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to armors, weapons trinkets, weapons, and gathering tools. They give you an attribute bonus or additional effect, when the equipment is being used.
