Remove the cover on the back of the key fob with your fingernail. Under the cover on a diagonal close to the body's edge, there is an unidentified button. Remove it by sliding it downwards and to the right. The cover will then fall loose and slide off to reveal the manual key blade inside! If you're unable to locate the button, check the now-uncovered manual key access for a hidden lever or slot.

Closing the Windows

Volvo key fobs feature an option that hides behind them that allows you to instantly roll down all the windows. This is useful when you're trying to squeeze into parking spaces that are tight or just want to breathe fresh air while driving.

Turning off the Alarm
